A short newsletter

As we’re inundated lately with preparations for the open house, we haven’t found the time to put together a complete newsletter for you, so we beg your patience for this month’s issue, and hope that we see you on Sunday the 11th!

Come on In!

For our final repeat of our Open House info: All of our current and prospective new clients are welcome to stop in and visit us on Sunday July 11th. The Open House hours are from 11:00am to 3:00pm. During this time, we’ll be giving tours throughout the facility and grounds, and there’ll be snacks, giveaways, and a door prize valued at well over $100! (This is an event that is open to the public, so we ask that only humans attend this portion of the day, please.)

There IS a rain date for the open house, and that is for the following Sunday (the 18th) with the same 11-3 time frame.

For our existing customers: For this year, we’ve added another event! Following the Open House, there will be a grill fest, at which time you AND your dog(s) are invited to come and hang out with us here. Your dog will be able to hang with his/her pals while you grab a burger!

This is something we look forward to and enjoy doing, so we hope we see you here on the 11th!

A Feather in our Cap

To the left you’ll see a scanned image of a certificate we received a short time ago from the Better Business Bureau of Greater Boston. It is in recognition of the fact that the BBB has received no complaints about Kamp K9 over a 36-month reporting period. The certificate now hangs on our bulletin board above our "Pet Owner Bill of Rights" and "Code of Ethics." The three of these documents are your guarantee that we will deal with you honestly, fairly, and most of all, with the idea that our clients’ well-being is our greatest concern, even if it costs us sometimes. (If you haven’t seen these documents, you can see them on our bulletin board, or request a copy from us (either a hard copy or via email) at any time.
